SHC is not a place for spectators. It is a place for team members and that’s what we are striving for. Whether you are a five-year old child, a ninety-five year old grandmother, a busy mom, or a businessman with big responsibilities, we want you to be a part of our community. Here is how you can learn, serve, and grow at SHC.

Life Groups

Often, small groups of people are better able to interact and learn about a topic than larger groups are. For that reason, we are looking to begin some “Life” groups within our church, because we believe in doing life together not just church on a Sunday morning. Stay tuned, more to come…

Women’s Ministry

The purpose of the Women’s Ministry is to support women in their relationship with God so that through spiritual friendships, mentoring, modeling, and teaching one another,  we might experience the freedom to become all that God intends us to be. Bridge-Builders

Bridging the gap from generation to generation. Once you get past fifty, the fun has just begin. Whether retired, just plain tired, or active as ever, the over-50 group of SHC provides refreshment, ministry, and times of valuable interaction. A mentoring ministry gives older believers a chance to meet with and help younger believers grow in Christ. Please contact James and Peggy Ball for more information
